Action and Reaction at Dipi

After receiving a fine for the creation of a track
across Dipi, the Mayor hired a trunk and removed the baza and, as a
precaution, dug a trench to prevent the track being reinstated.
Despite this within a few days someone had re-instated the track. Now the
Nomarch has paid a contractor to remove the baza again. Hopefully this
time the extent of the works will be sufficient to stop anyone
re-instating it. The issue is important because the track is used to dump
all sorts of rubbish on the wetlands which already contains some very
nasty looking dumps.
